Option 2- A Level Deeper: Full Product Design Review with Negotiated Costing
- NDA Signed
- Product Sample, Product CAD, Product Drawings and Costed Product BOM/Build are sent to Valuestreem to review in detail
- Valuestreem evaluates with its engineers and provides cost savings proposal
- Valuestreem will only go forward with products with which is can provide at least a 15% savings
- Share of Savings split with Customer Depending on Volume/Savings for Product
- GOAL IS TO RETAIN CURRENT SUPPLIERS IF POSSIBLE
- Time to execution and realization is between 3-12 months depending on complexity of project
